- Finalist Guest Dinner coming up this Friday.
- Decorations arrived (including a surprise for post drinks) - all looking really good.
- Problems with people not giving us cheques on time / people cancelling, we are trying to get all the money together and find replacements for those who cannot make it to stop catering staff getting annoyed.

This fortnight, in Welfairyland:
- Another finalist priority Welfare lunch (didn't have to turn anyone away this time as only 57 people turned up.)
- Tommy White tea quieter than usual due to summer eights, but still well attended.
- Chlamydia screening raised over £250, much of which is to be spent on a bouncy castle for next weekend (provided the Senior Dean says yes).
- Freshers' Week planning well under way, the timetable has been finalised with college with only a few changes from last year.
OUSU/NUS: Simon Mattus
- Vote of No Confidence passed by an overwhelming majority!
- Thanks to all who helped make it happen; Many of the OUSU exec got very involved and lots of students made a difference by distributing leaflets and meeting the academics as they entered the Sheldonian.
- Potential upcoming Voting Reform Referendum
- There should be a Referendum on the bits of OUSU election voting reform that pass through OUSU Council.
- When the time comes make sure your voice is heard.

- ACADEMIC FEEDBACK THEMATIC REPORT IS DONE AND I AM EXCITED BECAUSE I NEVER HAVE TO LOOK AT IT AGAAIN WHOOPEEEEEEEEEEEE

- Usual minuting and agendering malarky (Joint Council, Equality Forum, committee, OGM, blah blah etc.).
- Rents and Charges going well, though I haven't been able to put my superhuman knowledge of R&C negotiations 1998-2010 to good use yet.
- Generally drowning in a sea of post-it notes and to-do lists (updating the website, constitutional MOT etc. etc.).
- Organised the JCR Photo (along with David).
- THE OFFICE IS FINALLY CLEAR! Hurrah! The unstoppable force of David, Chris and myself have finally managed to get rid of all the childrens videos, random cables and cheque stubs from the 1990s. Just waiting for the College Archivist to sort out his humidity now...
