The JCR's Equality & Diversity sub-committee helps to ensure that the voices and needs of minority groups are listened to, respected and promoted.
The JCR works continually toward promoting and achieving equality and diversity within college and beyond. To do this, the JCR elects an Equality & Diversity Officer and a Women’s Officer, who are both supported by a team of Reps to ensure the voices of as many groups as possible can be heard in making decisions.
The Equality & Diversity (E&D) Officers and Reps work both within the College community and on wider issues in society. They also work together to ensure that the JCR takes an intersectional and accessible approach to liberation.

- Ethnic Minorities E&D Reps
- International Students’ E&D Reps
- LGTBQ+ E&D Reps
- Women’s E&D Reps
