St John’s has some of the most extensive grounds of any Oxford college so, as you might expect, there are a lot of building names you’ll come to learn. The most important places are the Porters lodge, Hall (labelled 1 on the map), the Beehive (9) and Tommy White (around 12/13). Don’t worry too much about learning where everything is before you arrive - freshers helpers will always be around if you get lost!
